Rototuna subdivision, stage three

Sixty-four lots, 1.9km of road, and a stormwater design that had to hold a one-in-a-hundred event on a site that drains to a stream with a whitebait run in it. We programmed the earthworks around the fish passage window rather than applying for a variation to work through it, which cost six weeks and no goodwill. Titles issued on schedule. The stream is still a stream.
